Food & Beverage Assistant main duties include:

• Preparing the restaurant / food and beverage areas for service and resetting for next service
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Serving food and beverages in a smooth and timely manner
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy

Requirements for the role of Food & Beverage Assistant include:

• Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including weekends
• Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service

• Energetic, Passionate team player to train in the broad spectrum of licensed hospitality with a well-established family business, with an emphasis on catering for our guests and visitors, to undergo internal and external training to grow individual skill base and consolidate long term prospects
