Level 2 Wok Chef Apprenticeship, London - Chop and Wok Islington

Before you start you must be in Uniform & Self Presentable For Work. Duties will include:

  • Cooking and prep jobs; All types of noodle dishes involving the meats, vegetables and sauces and all vegetable and salad prep, chopping all meats, prawns (prep, cook and portion), salmon & tofu (prep, fry and portion).
  • Cooking and portioning all noodles and rice, prepping all veg for soups and noodle dishes.
  • Follow all regimented procedures including (but not limited to):
  1. Kitchen Opening & Closing Procedures - Daily
  2. Kitchen Cleaning Rota - Daily
