HR Administrator - Brentford, Middlesex

We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join the award winning HR team at Firmdale Hotels. We are looking for an organised and friendly team member who has excellent administrative skills and a passionate interest to start their career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with all Human Resources team members, multi task and adapt to a broad range of HR administrative tasks.

The Role:

  • Manage the group human resources and recruitment inboxes
  • Handle all enquiries, internal and external
  • Manage the administration including new starter paperwork, onboarding, payroll information, electronic people folders, monthly reports etc.
  • Support HR Managers with any specific administration needs including note taking
  • Assist with candidate administration at Recruitment Open Days and recruitment events
  • Maintain Fourth Hospitality HR database and employee data
  • Assist with updating people platforms
  • Co-ordinate room bookings for training and HR events
  • HR processes auditing

This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and based at the HR Office in Brentford.
