- Attending to customer emails and phone calls.
- Issuing materials and arranging transport
- Helping the organization document and improve the processes that are in place to help enhance future growth of the business.
- Support the sales process by analysing customer potential.
- Help upgrade the training material, both virtual, class and e-learning courses inline with regulatory changes.
- Support our e-learning programs by assisting with customer queries. - Develop training material on articulate.
