Hospitality Team Member - Housekeeping Apprenticeship - Soho House

As part of our Soho Houseteam your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experienceevery time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platformto connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soapand shampoo)
• Restock beverages and food items in themini-bar
• Clean public areas, like corridors
• Report any technical issues andmaintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. onadditional services)
• Help guests retrieve lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean andtidy by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines

You should:

• Love to have fun at work and enjoyworking as a part of an energetic team
• Ability to and like working in busy,fast-paced environments
• Keen to learn while working, and have apassion for food and beverage
• Hard working individuals who like a challengeand can think on their feet
• Can-do attitude
