Casual Event Staff

Casual Wedding, Event, Reception, Waiting, Bar & Portering Staff  

Hourly rate - £7.35 to £11.50 includes holiday pay

Casual Hours (Evening & Weekends)  

Set in an old family estate of over 1000 acres, these wedding venue barns enjoy a stunning rural setting. The sweeping views of the London skyline, contrasted with the surrounding countryside, farmland and woodland, make Gaynes Park feel miles from anywhere, although it is only 10 minutes from both the M25 and M11 and at the end of the Central Line. 

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking waiting, kitchen and bar staff to join our rapidly growing, dynamic company who is proud to provide the finest quality, modern British food and drink to high end wedding clients, across 12 beautiful, privately owned estates around the UK. 

The successful candidates must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service show calmness under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in high volume restaurants, event bars, weddings and conferences venues, 100+ covers. 

Requirements 

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK 

• 1 years’ experience preferred however training will be provided 

• Own transport due to remote location  

Responsibilities 

• Report to the Chef, Event Manager or Bar Manager on duty 

• Some lone working 

• H&S - training will be given 

• Food Hygiene – training will be given

Part Time –  

£7.35 per hour includes holiday pay 18 – 20yrs. 

£9.37 per hour includes holiday pay 21 - 22yrs. 

£9.98 per hour includes holiday pay 23yrs +  

£11.50 Supervisor rate includes holiday pay
