Weekend Waiter / Waitress

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and guest focused Weekend Waiter / Waitress within our Hotel. The main focus of the role will be to provide guests with outstanding levels of service in the restaurant and associated departments.  

This position could be ideal for a student who is seeking employment on Saturdays and Sundays, or someone already in employment who is looking to supplement their income. The shifts for this role can vary over the weekend, including early shifts working in breakfast, or evening shifts working in conference and banqueting. 

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Key responsibilities of the Weekend Waiter / Waitress will include:

  • Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
  • Setting up and clearing down tables
  • Taking orders and serving guests
  • Maintaining restaurant equipment
  • Assisting with Room Service/Conference and Banqueting where required
