We are looking for a Expeditor to join the team at 34, part of Caprice Holdings. 


The expeditor ensures flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences, acts as a role model to all employees by showing a positive approach to employee and guest relations through excellent support, training and communication. To ensure that the restaurant operates to the required standards & to exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional service and staff management 

Key Responsibilities 

- Assist in the final preparation of dishes 
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature 
- Deliver orders to maintain fast service 
- Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff 
- Maintain verbal communication 
- Keep staff well informed 
- Monitor portions control 
- Meet presentation standards 
- Keep pass area clean
