Sales and Events Manager - Multi-Site Bar, Restaurants and Pubs - London - Up to £35,000 + Bonus and Benefits

With a portfolio of over 40 eclectic properties across London, Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales and Events Manager with charm and charisma to join our fast-growing London based group of venues.

Our teams play a pivotal role in creating an eclectic mix of unique establishments all with a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, awesome service and an experience not to be forgotten.

What's it all about: 

  • Maximise pre-booked sales for the venue(s), working to predetermined targets
  • Drive corporate and consumer bookings and events
  • Build, maintain and grow a relevant client database
  • Liaise with Marketing on in-house events, activations and other marketing activity
  • Sales and activity reporting on KPI’s and pre-booked sales performance
  • Pro-actively generate new business, driving pre-booked sales and events
  • Build strong local, 3rd party and corporate relationships to drive repeat business
  • Plan and deliver site visits, FAM trips and showcases to drive brand awareness
  • Attend relevant networking events, exhibitions and events to create brand exposure and make new connections
  • Create and execute sales & event plans in line with personal and company targets


What we looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales & events position within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in venue sales & events
  • Great communication skills – verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with a CRM and/or booking system (ideally Access Collins)
  • Social Media proficiencies
