Look no further, we, the leading food service and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, are looking for aMarketing and Communications Manager to join our talented team on a part-time basis -24 Hours.

You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.

Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 3 out of 7 days

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead the planning and execution of communication initiatives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
  • Drive the development of marketing collateral, including content creation, for both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance customer engagement strategies.


Above You:

  • - Proven experience in customer engagement, marketing or communications roles.
  • - Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
  • - Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.
