Head Chef

Fantastic opportunity for a head chef to join this newly renovated gorgeous country pub.  Duties will include complete control of the kitchen, including ordering, stock control, design of menu’s and maintaining profit margin. 

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual, able to work under pressure, who is looking for an exciting role where they will be able to put their stamp on the menu. 

Accommodation available.  

Package: circa £45,000 (salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus tips and quarterly bonus for achieving set margins).
