Being a General Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs is all about bringing our brands to life by creating amazing experiences and driving performance through the recruitment, development and leadership of an engaged and talented team. In short, you'll be the number one ambassador for creating a culture of happiness for your customers and your team.

About the role

An amazing opportunity has arisen to become the General Manager of the Red Lion in Stevenage Old Town.
The Red Lion is very well-known, both locally and nationally(!) for its live music credentials, showcasing up and coming bands as well as more established artists across a whole host of genres.

The pubs boasts a small quaint bar area, with a pool table and famous Jukebox to the rear. What's more impressive is the sizeable garden that spans the length of the pub and leads into the car park at the back - an amazing space for any events and sales driving activity. The pub has no kitchen and is liquor-only at the moment, but there is opportunity to put in a food offer at some point, very much led by the GM.

About You

You'll be passionate about creating amazing experiences and be up to date with all things hospitality.
You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
You'll make great things happen by thinking differently and doing the right thing
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
