As a Sales Office Manager at Unity Place, your overall purpose is to help bring to life our shared commitment: - ‘ Creating exceptional experiences at Unity Place for tenants, stakeholders and the local community .

The position will be responsible for managing sales reporting to achieve venue sales and profitability targets. Will be experienced in working to budgets and monitoring performance. Responsible for managing, mentoring, developing and motivating the sales team members to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Creating and delivering the sales & marketing strategy for the venue
  • Responsible for the delivery of the venues C&E sales budget
  • Develop business from existing customers with the support of robust account plans
  • Support the Marketing team to manage all C&E brand and marketing activities including website content and usability
  • Ensure venue brand standards are maintained by clients, internal customers and suppliers alike
  • Management of the C & E Event Sales Executives and effective sales process for sales enquiries, through to final details and co-ordination.
  • Implement sales and marketing processes to enhance quality, consistency and efficiency
  • Provide accurate sales reports, robust forecasts and lead the C&E Budget process
  • Proactive and positive management of relationship with Lime Venue Portfolio and other industry contacts / service providers
  • Effective management of sales processes.
  • Managing the sales team in an effective and controlled manner with considered decision making to achieve budget sales and profits.

Our Ideal Office Sales Manager
  • Must be fully aware of C&E sales processes and revenue management
  • Be able to proactively manage and motivate a sales team; able to organise yourself and team effectively
  • Be able to establish positive working relationships and communicate effectively
  • A generally outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction
  • Experienced in producing quality proposals and have great attention to detail
  • Fully knowledgeable and accomplished in venue showrounds and customer appointments
  • Must show initiative, drive and ambition to deliver and be a confident decision maker
  • Self motivated and ability to maintain focus in the achievement of sales targets
  • Good understanding of database management and be competent in Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbally both on the phone and in person, and written
  • Been an effective team player as a key member of the management team
