Events Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Events Account Manager to join our central event sales team based in Soho. When it comes to elegant luxury in a boutique setting, Firmdale Hotels is widely recognised as the market leader. It is thanks to this and our reputation for excellence that attracts a vast number of clients across a range of industry sectors to our stylish hotels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful team covering events sales across all of the Firmdale London properties. This position is ideal for someone with experience organising events from a venue perspective in a hotel, club or venue in London.

With a desire to work as part of a proactive team, the ideal candidate will be personable and friendly, able to prioritise a busy workload and anticipate the needs of our clients and guests.

What are my duties as an Events Account Manager?

  • Acting as a key contact for client bookings
  • Responsible for coordinating event bookings across our properties from initial enquiry to after sales care
  • Manage existing client accounts as well as introducing new client contacts
  • Building and maintaining relationships while developing opportunities for further event bookings
  • Producing contracts, event booking orders and generating invoices
  • Use the event booking system Delphi efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct inspirational tours of the hotels and event areas
  • Sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts
