We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our very successful small kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and wanting to develop their skills across all the sections. A person with a sense of fun would also be great!

Independently owned and simply styled the Driftwood hotel is privately owned by Paul and Fiona Robinson. The Robinsons purchased the hotel in 2002 and developed it into the award-winning boutique hotel and fine dining restaurant it is today.
