As Area Operations Chef in our premier London region, you’ll head up a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure morale stays as high as the standard of service at all times. It’s a challenging role with exacting targets and high standards, but there are few as rewarding.

As an accomplished Head Chef yourself, you will lead from the frontline, driving food and hygeine standards, conducting audits, ensuring food quality and inspiring and motivating the Back of House management teams. Your previous experience in a similar role will enable you to schedule your time across your 13 sites in London effectively, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across your restaurants.
