This is a unique opportunity for an Experienced Venue Manager in a business that values people and is growing. 

The Role is at our flagship venue close to Kings Cross & Euston Station, comprising of a friendly, warm & welcoming pub, serving top end gastro food, with private dining rooms, a cocktail bar, guest accommodation and outside seating. 

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can take responsibility and run an incredible venue and team with AUTONOMY to make your own decisions, supported by an experienced wider senior team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a large Front of house & kitchen team of 30+ individuals.

• Identify & nurture future leaders/managers and plan for succession.

• Taking ownership of venue recruitment

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve weekly sales targets of upwards of £45k

• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement.

• Managing internal and external partners to ensure that the venue is clean and safe for

both our teams and guests.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure an outstanding guest experience

from start to finish, within the businesses ethos of sustainability, seasonality and

mutual respect.

• Address customer feedback and implement improvements.

• Hospitality: 2 years Senior management experience
