As a Chef & Brewer Kitchen Manager you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role
The Rose & Crown is a beautiful Chef & Brewer collection country pub that is consistently popular for its menu. located a 30 minute drive from Bristol. We do have live in option with the role.
The team are keen to develop and deliver high quality standards and service, as a Kitchen Manager you will be expected to drive the team though motivational leadership, have a proven track record of delivering quality at pace and be present on key business shift's. Good knowledge of stock control, along kitchen health and safety standards is essential for the role.
