Maintenance Engineer

Our contracted sites consist of large 4 & 5* hotels and commercial office premises, predominantly situated in and around Heathrow and Gatwick Areas. Our projects often require continued working at singular sites for several months in succession.

Ideally the successful candidate studying toward City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant trade although consideration will be given to applicants with relevant career experience and who are able to demonstrate:

Competence in electrical fault finding and repair

Competence in plumbing repair and installation

Competence in carpentry repairs and installation

Strong Handyperson skills set

An eye for detail and skilled hand undertaking decorative repairs

Willingness and ability to learn new skills and receive systems training

Knowledge of Safe working practices

Computer literacy

Excellent communication skills
