We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to work in a busy pub / restaurant in Toddington, near Luton.
British and European cuisine freshly prepared in house to an excellent standard.
Menus compiled from a seasonal menu -bank in tandem with house specialities which will be created by the Head Chef
As the Head Chef you will be leading the team with the production of restaurant quality food providing an excellent consistent guest experience, using your knowledge of current food and hospitality trends in order to drive sales.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Head Chef experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Good communication and man management skills
- A Passion for cooking with good attention to detail
- Demonstrable kitchen management skills
