What you'll be doing:

Contract Support Manager

To provide administrative management and support to the Contract, reporting directly to the Contract Manager. Overall responsibility for the Helpdesk and FM Office

  • To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
  • To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
  • To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • To provide contract status reports to your line manager.

Who you are:

  • I have a good knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Output Specifications
  • I am able to Manage, Prioritise and assign work as required.
  • I am able to liaise with personnel at all levels and to record the actions I have taken.
  • I will aim to be at all time punctual, communicative and exhibit pride in my work.
  • I am able to achieve and maintain CRB Enhanced security clearance for the duration of my employ
  • I have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role
  • I possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • And I have the necessary basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.) to perform my duties
