Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship
Accountabilities
· Open and close the building they are rostered on to work in
· Do building checks with training they have received from the council house managers
· Help with training teams to a high level
· Complete till floats, safe counts and paperwork coinciding with cashing up, informing management of change required so as not to run out on a daily basis, events and especially at weekends. Investigating any discrepancies of cash flow that have occurred on your shift and informing the management of your findings. Currently cashless.
· Delegating tasks to staff to ensure the area of work is run to a high standard clean and that all customer visible areas are clean and tidy at all times
· Completing required due diligence paperwork, fridge temperatures, cleaning schedule etc. and to follow all health & safety, food safety and COSHH policies, and ensuring all allergen information is correct and up to date
· Communicating any equipment issues or low stock levels to the operations manager
· Communicating any handover information and daily sales takings via the WhatsApp application
· To complete any such task that is asked of them to suit the needs of the business

· Deliver a consistent level of service

· Follow correct cash handling procedures
