Marketing Manager - MiXR

Role Description:

Join Stonegate Marketing team, working with the UK’s largest hospitality operator to help shape the future of consumer experience in pubs, bars, and venues.

You will be helping to establish a new media function within the Marketing team with an opportunity to engage with a network of senior stakeholders in the business to explore exciting and potentially transformational opportunities in hospitality.

As the Marketing Manager for MiXR at Stonegate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the hospitality industry by leading the strategy and brand development of a revolutionary consumer-facing app. This dynamic position involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and partnering with the best agencies to drive the success of this innovative project.

You will be part of a new and exciting team of talented individuals. A mix of diverse thinkers, all interested in furthering their knowledge of hospitality and doing transformational work, often in a fun and exciting way. Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end project management of the strategy and brand development for the new consumer-facing app.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  1. Strategy and Brand Development:
    • Contribute to the creation and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with Stonegate's business objectives.
    • Drive the development of a compelling brand identity for the app, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments to gather insights, align strategies, and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
    • Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and other relevant departments within Stonegate.
  1. Agency Collaboration:
    • Forge and maintain partnerships with leading marketing and creative agencies to maximize the app's impact.
    • Provide clear briefs, manage relationships, and ensure agency deliverables meet Stonegate's high standards
  1. Innovation and Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing innovations to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
    • Continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
