A recently refurbished contemporary Hotel/Restaurant with a unique modern design is looking for an experienced senior sous chef. This is the ideal position for a senior sous chef wanting to have input in creating and executing an exciting seasonal menu.

The restaurant is independently run to bring a mix of casual dining and entertainment to Sutton Coldfield. A go-to spot for drinking, dancing and live music, this unique Townhouse brings a fresh approach to hospitality to the town. Whilst its clubhouse lives up to its name with a 100-capacity function space, perfect for a private party or event.

Head Chef, Sutton Coldfield - Requirements:

§  Supporting the kitchen team and running the day to day operations

§  Creation of new seasonal menus and weekly specials

§  Ensuring the kitchen meets all government and EHO regulations.

§  High standards of food hygiene, maintaining food safety procedures. E.g., food labelling, food temperatures and cleaning schedules

Head Chef, Sutton Coldfield - Experience/Skills:

§  Extensive Chef experience, 2 years in a similar role preferred.

§  Demonstrate excellence, breadth of experience and relevant work history across a range of environments.

§  Great presentation skills

§  Understanding of produce and ingredients
