Junior Sous Chef - The Red Lion, Horsell, Woking

Junior Sous chef with a real passion for quality fresh food to join us at the Red Lion in Horsell. 

This is a hands-on Sous Chef role and you will work across all areas of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are met and assisting the head chef and other sous chefs to run the kitchen smoothly. You will be working in a modern well-equipped kitchen within a brigade of 9 chefs and 3 kitchen porters.

As a Junior Sous Chef you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.  You will be involved in a variety of duties including: Fresh food preparation; ordering and stock control; adhering to food safety and cleaning standards and helping to train and develop junior chefs.
