Apprentice Business Operations Assistant

Key duties will include:

  • Referencing and vetting of candidates (managing ID and proof of right to work)
  • Referencing and background checking of candidates
  • Screening CV’s
  • Managing spreadsheets and working on our CRM database
  • Working on systems and databases to ensure a smooth running of the office
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Social media posts
  • Events - supporting the management of delegates and promoting events (post covid) General administration
  • Supporting with processing of workforce payroll
  • Data processing
