Infact, in 2018 they became the only hotel in Falmouth to be given the award of 4 silver stars. It is part of the award winning Brend Hotel Group.
The Royal Duchy have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Apprentice to join their team, learn the trade and work towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification.
Duties will include:
Serving food
Setting up and clearing areas of table service
Dealing with customer enquiries
Complaints and special needs
Taking orders and payments
Learning all aspects of bar service
Wines and cellar work to include line cleaning, cellar operating procedures and deliveries

Qualifications Required

None required, however maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process

Future Prospects

This role has a lot of development prospects including moving onto a Level 3 qualification. With eleven hotels in the same group there is potential to progress by either staying at the same hotel or moving to another.

Hospitality Team Member level 2

Expected Duration

52 weeks

Working Week

40 hours per week including evenings and weekends

Things to consider

This role will require late evening and holiday working. Also this is an active role which will require you to be on your feet most of your shift.
