If you love the smell of freshly baked bread and always work with a smile, then please read on!

We are looking for someone who is currently a chef or a baker and is interested in working with bread, you don't need to be an a experienced baker just have a passion for bread. We are a small team, so your input and ideas will be welcomed!

An all-rounder who is reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk, confident with mixing, scaling.

Working 5 days across 7 days.

  • At least 2 years' experience working within either a commercial bakery or kitchen.
  • Expertise on sourdough production is a plus
  • A passion for good food and quality produce

Our bakery opens early so typically Kitchen will start early too – it will vary between days but typically around 5:30am – 6:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
