Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the multi-site Maintenance team in the heart of Mayfair. 

Mayfair cluster includes our private members clubs and high-end, fast-paced restaurants.

As the Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be a hands-on and proactive technician, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the site:

As Maintenance Engineer your main responsibilities will be:

· Painting & decorating

· Plastering

· Basic carpentry

· Tiling

· Manual handling when required

· General repairs on various catering equipment

· Out of hours works

· Use of CAFM systems

· Non-technical planned maintenance tasks

· Checking and monitoring the progress on completion of snagging lists

· Ability to delivery maintenance duties with minimal supervision and to a high quality


The candidate will ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer

· Previous experience using Pronett (preferable)

· Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment (preferable)

· Previous experience completing planned maintenance

· Qualification in either Commercial Electrical or Plumbing works (preferable)

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Ability to build good relationships with external contractors and internal staff

· Excellent communication skills and English language ability

Able to communicate effectively with a variety of managers and teams, including Kitchen and Front of House Managers
