CANDIDATE WILL THE LEARN THE BASIC TECHNIQUES OF CATERING, MOVING ONTO MAKING FRESH SOUPS,STOCKS, SAUCES, DRESSINGS & IN HOUSE BREAD BAKING WHILST LEARNING EACH SECTION OF THE KITCHEN.

NO SPLIT SHIFTS ON A PRO RATA BASIS & EQUAL SHARE OF TIPS.
