We are currently recruiting for a Head Kitchen Porter at CPU London.
Location: CPU London, EC1N
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Management of a team of Kitchen Porters to make sure that they exceed in their roles and that all Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH regulations are adhered to and sufficient levels of staff are scheduled to work in line with business needs.
• The successful running of the stores operation and for the management of stock in hand, including accurate timely stock taking and maintenance of the inventory system.
• To be responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, other equipment, and food storage areas.
• To manage weekly and monthly stock-takes.
• To complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided.
• To clean delivery areas, storerooms, walk in fridges etc.
