Catering Manager - Mon - Fri

We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager at Rolls Royce LDC.

Location: Rolls Royce

Rate of pay: £28,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the operation, in house sales, finance and development of the business within the specific site of CH&CO, ensuring the service is managed in line with the client requirements and the CH&CO brand.
• Full understanding of QHSE and Allergen Management 
• Planning food and beverage menus, scheduling shifts and coordinating food preparation and serving during events. 
• To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in catering or hospitality and solid organizational abilities.
