Front of House Manager - Mon - Fri

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager at one of our faced-paced, B&I contracts based in the heart of Central London.

Location: London

Rate of pay: £30,000 per annum + amazing benefits!

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This is a new role for the building and will be a lone working position working alongside the on-site client daily.

The duties will involve:

• Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the hospitality services.
• Liasing with the client on a daily basis
• Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.
• Attending to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner
• Complying with all company Health and Food safety regulations.
