We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Assistant Manager of our new opening: Orleans Smokehouse. As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to bring the vision for this new brand to life. Your passion and drive will inspire your team to be the best they can be, and you'll motivate them to create memorable moments that help our Guests celebrate every day of the week.

Orleans Smokehouse is inspired by the flavours of New Orleans, Louisiana . It's perfect for relaxed get togethers to enjoy the succulent barbecue food lovingly smoked by our pitmasters. There's no better place in the world to be.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU'LL…

· Support the General Manager to grow a new team in advance of opening.

· Take a hands-on approach to helping develop this new brand.

· Lead the business as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not around.

· Inspire a team that will care for all our guests like family, creating memorable experiences.

· Train and mentor your team to become experts capable of delivering great hospitality.

· Be passionate about delivering Southern Slow n' Low BBQ food, drink and service to be proud of.
