As Head Chef at Toby Carvery - Liberton you'll be an integral part of this business's future, working alongside the General Manager to ensure the team are trained and delivering the classic carvery offer to the branded specifications. Think perfectly ruffled potatoes, giant homemade Yorkies and pigs in blankets all year round.
Liberton provides a unique opportunity to really demonstrate your management abilities and achieve the £4,000 bonus, establishing yourself in this well known brand. With Toby Carvery's key trading days falling on a Sunday and Monday our brand provides flexibility across the rest of the weekend. And let's not forget Liberton has a 2 bedroom flat available for the successful Head Chef to live in on site.

- Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
- Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Work with a branded menu.
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
