As our Hotel Supervisor you will support with the operational running of the hotel during the night. Supervisingthe night's team and ensuring all policies and procedures are carried out.
You will also provide support to all members of the Front and Back Office teams and enforcethe Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.

Hotel Supervisor - Nights
It is important that you are comfortable working nights, and it suits your lifestyle. Whilst specific experience in this role is not required as full training will be given, some management or supervisory experience would be preferred.
However, a can-do attitude and a dedicated and committed work ethic as well as a passion for front facing hospitality will be key to success in this role.

- Provide ultimate customer service to all hotel clients
- Ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained in line with company standards
- Secure and patrol the building
- Complete reception duties
- Prepare the building for the following day
- Comply with company health and safety policy and procedures ensuring a safe working environment
- Be fully aware of bedroom areas and rooms
- Be on hand at anytime to help guests with problems
- Arrange and set up conference rooms
- Answer the telephone with an excellent telephone manner and be able to help with enquires and transfer calls
- Ensure there is always a good supply of packs and luggage labels
- Ensure all public areas, toilets and leisure are cleaned to set standards
- Ensure all meeting setups are complete and all meeting rooms cleaned to set standards

- £25,000 per annum
- * 2 WEEKS OFF OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD*
- 5 out of 7 days per week
