A little bit about the opportunity…

The Bridge Tap is an up-tempo bar located on Fisherton Street in Salisbury. Famed in the local area as the place to meet friends, grab lunch, watch all the sporting action and to enjoy the Live Music and entertainment throughout the week including that big weekend!

Nestled in Salisbury's bustling city centre, The Bridge Tap is not just a pub; it's a hub of character and charm. Specializing in tantalising cocktails, craft beers, and mouth-watering pizzas.

The Bridge Tap is a one-bar operation that can be zoned really well to ensure our guests enjoy phenomenal sports viewing without upsetting the non-sports fans too.  In addition to sport the business runs weekly quizzes and entertainment / DJs at the weekends too.

In addition to our normal menu, we also run a Dark Kitchen from the business that really drives our food sales further!

Our current General Manager has just been promoted within the company following their stellar work at The Bridge Tap. Therefore, we are looking to recruit a General Manager who can continue and build further on the great work that has been done.

Our Ideal General Manager will be a self-starter, eager to engage with our guests and create a calendar of events to ensure our guests have plenty of reasons to visit.

You’ll like to think out of the box, be creative and keep ahead of the competition whilst ensuring our guest satisfaction doesn’t drop (as you will see on our Trip Advisor & Google reviews, we are very well though of!)   

As far as the team are concerned, they want a General Manager to work with, someone who will continue to develop their careers and ensure it’s fun to come to work!

If you are an experienced General Manager with a keen interest in sport, loves to throw a party, has an eye for detail and a head for business as well as a great leader of people. We want to hear from you.
