Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday role

We are looking for a talented and experienced General Managerto join our team at this prestigious contract based atJaguar Land Rover at their head office in Gaydon.

The General Manager will thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. You are drawn to satisfaction from managing, training and supporting your team. Youwill support your team in providing a professional food service across a the 6 outlets on site including a restaurant and coffee shops. The site also offers a vending provision and VIP Hospitality.Working in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover you will provide a best in class food service which has contributed to JLR being named in the Top 10 employers for workplace wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract to ensure great quality, consistent food and beverage services across 6outlets
• To maintain positive client relationships ensuring we are true partners in their business
• To ensure the smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service to our clients and customers
• Lead and manage a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable unit.
• Ensure all budget targets and KPI's are not just achieved but exceeded.
• Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business.
• Maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards.
• Enhance sales and provide our associates with great service while delivering the agreed specification and brand identity.

• Previous Catering Management experience in corporate environment
• Previous experience in delivering VIP Hospitality
• Experience with building client relationships
• Financial awareness to complete weekly business returns and full accountability for P&L
• Motivated to deliver consistently high standards of food and service quality
• Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team
• Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
