Being a Kitchen Manager Pub & Dining is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our seasonal, hearty Pub Classic menu. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role
Great family friendly hotel with 42 bedrooms, large bar and dining area plus expansive gardens located in St. Leonard's on the Hampshire/Dorset borderline. We are a great example of a destination hotel and pub where great service and happy guests is our mission.

Known for being popular in the area with a great team, great atmosphere and a great place to meet up with friends throughout the week. We also have a very busy Function Suite catering for family events, weddings and business meetings.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager, you will need to have a proven track record of developing and coaching teams to success. Someone who is equally passionate about building a strong team, delivering exceptional food quality and results
