Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will perform a key role in maximising Richard Herrod’s income and usage, whilst continuing to deliver a high-quality service to our customers.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team, as well as acting as Duty Manager on a rota basis and as a licensee.

You must have some supervisory experience in a relevant environment or a degree in Hospitality/Sports/Leisure/Recreation along with a thorough knowledge of Financial Management, Administration and Health and Safety procedures.

We are looking for somebody with the skills to maintain the current high standards of the venue whilst being able to identify and implement any potential improvements.
