Our Hotel in Runcorn is a very busy 53 bedroom hotel, great business booking at present with definate room to grow and bring in fresh ideas. We are looking for an all round experienced hotel Deputy General Manager, who can bring great wealth of Knowledge to the business and work with the team in training and focus.

A desire to succeed and a passion to making a great difference to our guest experience, empowering the brand and outstanding achievements.

Deputy General Manager

 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Duty Manager of a fast paced and volume operation.
  • 2/3-star background
  • Commercially aware
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in your work environment.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Proven knowledge and results led occupancy and bedroom experience.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
  • Attention to the detail
  • Service Standards consistently high
  • Training of all team members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,500 -£25,000 per year
