We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor to join our friendly, fun, and creative Payroll team who are extremely passionate about their employees having a good work life balance. 

Location: Reading, RG6 1PT

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday - Friday - with the flexibility to do 2-3 days a week from home if preferred

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a total of 11 different payrolls with 2 in Ireland 
• Bring new creative ideas to the team to make payroll a smooth process
• Support the payroll advisors with any complex cases
• General administration responsibilities of the HR and Payroll system as required including answering queries
• Has specific responsibility for the following technical aspects of the system management; attachment of earnings (AOE), salary advances requests, providing P45 and P60s to past employees, transfer of positions.
• Supports managers in preparing for payroll cut off days

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Will have intermediate or advanced skills in excel

• Experience supervising payrolls for a large company with 1,000+ employees

• Will have experience using payroll software
