What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a dynamic People Business Partner to join our team in Scotland. You will cover 3 sites and be primarily based at the Scottish Events Campus.
You will act as an influential resource and provide support to the senior management team on all employee relation issues, in conjunction with HR Support Centre and Levy UK HR team at all times.

More about the role:
Some of your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing HR support for 3 sites in Scotland, 2 in Glasgow and 1 in Edinburgh
- Overall responsibility for all HR requirements for the full-timeteams with the support of the Venue Directors
- Provide a proactive unit based labour management and basic HR service that creates the Levy difference through delivering Legendary Experiences and Powerful Partnerships
- Responsible for the overall delivery of the HR Strategy at the venue and for liaising with the senior management team to deliver best practice to drive change and constantly deliver business objectives
- Provide strong leadership whilst delivering and managing the HR function and working with the Levy UK team to support any technical initiatives launched at your venues
- Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class service to the internal customer base and all customers within the venue
- Ensure that all individuals employed by Levy UK at the venue are recruited and trained to Levy standards to deliver a 5-star service to all our guests
