Chef De Partie

Location: London

Rate of pay: £29,000 per annum

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the head chef in this new contract
• Providing cafe and hospitality services for breakfast and lunch
• Occassional evening events or dinner
• Supporting a second site in Canary Wharf
• Responsible for menu planning, costs and innovations
• Managing health and safety 
• Customer and client interaction
