Assistant General Manager

We are looking for an experience Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Coal Shed.

The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.

Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast.

Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of you family, delivering an exceptional guest experience.  Your passion, flexibility and leadership skills mean you will keep your eyes on everything as well as supporting the General Manager with strategic planning and targets whilst motivating and inspiring the team to deliver the best guest experience.

·       Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
