The Minster is situated in the centre of Ely city.

The business has a strong food trade which caterers well for the high tourist trade at the weekends. The business is situated next to the cathedral which gives it a strong tourist trade. The Minster is also close to the main bus stop, opening the market for customers arriving and leaving the city. The site opens at 10am with opportunity to move into an earlier trading period due to location

A quaint single floor operation which has both strong dry and wet trade. The pub has a strong locals trade and also a good reputation which attracts tourists. The pub has a strong rhythm of the week which includes a popular quiz night, and also benefits from Sky Sports.
