HR Administrator – Restaurant Brand

We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our small but growing HR and training team within an exciting and expanding restaurant group.

Role description:

Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
HR administration
Act as available HR representation in the absence of the HR Manager, able to answer quires on policies and procedures
Preparation and distribution of offer letters, contracts and starter packs
Preparation and distribution of disciplinary/grievance invites and outcomes
To ensure the timely and accurate update of all HR records
To ensure conducive working relationships with employees and all third parties
To make the HR Manager aware at an early stage of any potential risks or issues
To ensure complete confidentiality and diplomacy at all times
To undertake training as directed
To ensure positive representation of the Company at all times
To comply with policies and procedures as set down by the Company
Assist in the Management of training co-ordination

The successful candidate will have:
At least 1 year in a HR based role
Organised, with excellent attention to detail
Experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Emotional intelligence
High degree of empathy
Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated – proactively seeking new ways to enhance own performance
Planning & prioritising – is able to prioritise tasks to achieve objectives
