We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie at Phoenix Group at Windsor House.
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, predominantly day shifts, bank holidays off
Key responsibilities
Following all HACCAP guidelines
prepare, cook and present a range of fresh food items to a high standard
Support the catering Manager in delivering high levels of customer service
be effective in managing food waste and following recipes.
