Resourcing Partner - Pubs

We are looking for two Resourcing Partners to join our team and partner with our Pubs division. These roles are key in successfully shaping, developing and delivering our resourcing strategy, plans and processes across our pubs, bars and inns.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Recruitment Advisors to ensure we attract and recruit the best talent to make Marston’s an employer and partner of choice. You will hold control of a central resourcing budget, ensuring ROI against the objectives set out in the Resourcing strategy.
 
You will act as an expert in Recruitment, providing guidance, support and insight to both your team and to the hiring managers that you will partner with. You will work closely with the Operations Director, Head of Operations and Regional Managers within your area of responsibility, ensuring that the Resourcing plan is aligned to the wider company strategy and business needs. As a Resourcing Partner, you will ensure your team deliver a great candidate experience, work proactively to source talent and promote Marston’s Employer Value Proposition.

 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead and embed the Recruitment Strategy for your division
• You will own and be accountable for the recruitment processes and candidate experience across our pub division
• Providing professional, commercial resourcing knowledge and expertise to your key stakeholders ensuring best practice is always followed
• Work in partnership with the Operations Team, HR Business Partners and other relevant key stakeholders to identify, source and recruit the best people whilst driving our culture, vision and values
• Influencing your operational stakeholders to align with the delivery of our People Strategy
• Responsible for leading the Resourcing team, ensuring we deliver on our team commitments, whilst supporting the wider business strategy
• Recruitment budget ownership in your area, ensuring we fully utilise and maximise ROI from our suppliers
• Supplier account management in line with our Resourcing and Business Strategy
• Maximise the potential of your recruitment team through motivating, coaching, leading and developing them
• Responsible for raising the capability of your Hiring Managers by supporting them with relevant techniques and sharing best practice


 Must Have:
• Strong at communicating by flexing and adapting to varying individual styles, building relationships and able to influence at all levels
• Planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several projects at one time
• Experience of coaching and developing stakeholders at all levels to ensure an industry-leading, inclusive and fair recruitment process.
•  A proven track record of delivering growth in your area of responsibility, in line with our mission to be a market-leader.
• Experience of leading a team at a similar/level above within a consumer-led, multi-site business
• Strong knowledge on ATS systems and processes
• Interpretation and analytical skills ensuring relevant key recruitment decisions are made to reflect the business agenda
• A passion and track record of consistently delivering a great candidate experience and exceeding targets
• A focus on continuous improvement and staying aware of external and competitor changes
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the marketplace
• Strong leadership behaviours and a passion for developing, inspiring and motivating your team and other stakeholders
• Full UK driver’s license and access to fully insured vehicle as travel will be required
