We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate General Manager for Henry's Cafe Bar to lead the business to new heights.

Located amidst the vibrant energy of the Cardiff City Centre, Henry's offers an enticing blend of great food, extensive drinks range with great cocktails and cask ales, and an inviting ambiance that caters to a diverse clientele, including office workers, tourists, shoppers, and theatre gores.

With a spacious interior, a generously sized bar, ample seating for a comfortable dining experience with table service, and a sprawling outdoor area, Henry's is the go-to destination for both locals and visitors seeking a superb dining experience and exceptional hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

As the General Manager of Henry's Cafe Bar, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving our reputation for outstanding food, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Our ideal General Manager will have a proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume food business coupled with that pub / bar experience. You will be dedicated to operational excellence, unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards, and your innate passion for customer service will be the driving forces behind your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the bar and restaurant.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated individuals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Sales Growth: Utilise your entrepreneurial flair to drive sales, increase market share, and contribute to the overall financial success of Henry's.

Customer Experience: Enhance further the exceptional guest experience that Henry's is known for, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Whilst increasing scores on Social Media platforms.

Profitability: Implement strategies to meet profit targets, manage costs, and optimise revenue streams.

Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the local community through networking, cultivating a loyal customer base.
